Related Courses There are several courses that are related to Chem 110. These courses are taught by other instructors. The Chem 110 instructor, in general, is not able to provide information on these classes. Please contact the appropriate web sites, a contact person, or inquire in 210 Whitmore (Ph: 865-9391). Problem Solving in Chemistry is one credit
course that students take concurrently with Chem 110. It was designed as a means of
providing support for students with weak chemistry background who may be at risk for
failing or not achieving the required C in Chem 110.
General Chemistry Laboratory is a 1-credit laboratory course that complements Chem 110. If you need the laboratory component (not all majors require it), we recommend that you take it concurrently with Chem 110. Chem 111 does not start until the the second week of classes (check the exact date on Chem 111 website). The first day of Chem 111 lab will begin with an introductory lecture. Signs will be posted on the first floor of Whitmore giving the location of the lecture. |
